Kate is our resident Blogger and one of our Senior Program Guides. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and completed the longest course, the Patagonia Year, at the National Outdoor Leadership School despite having never camped previously. She holds a number of certifications from a variety of fitness organizations including: NASM, MAT, Paul Chek, Sonic Yoga, Yoga Works and Hanna Somatics. Kate has over 10 years of experience in the fitness field. Her passion for learning and improving how we view Health and Wellness brought her to The Ranch.
